In this one moment I feel the pulse

          of a thousand eternities moving into an instant

I feel the instant expanding

          into endless eons of timeless continuance


In this one spot of hallowed ground

          there lives the life of everywhere

I touch the earth of myriad worlds

          and all matter crumbles through my fingers


In my one life I know the lives

          of every man since time began and forward to its end

          of every bird and every tree and every amoeba

In my one life I am all life


For in this one moment, in this one spot, in this one life

I and my Father are one
